The advertisement states a donor can receive a $bonus the 1st week of October Ms [redacted] believed this meant the 1st of October Ms [redacted] was contacted by a representative of the center and explained, in detail the bonus plan for the month and she stated she now understands We paid her the $bonus for what she believed was a misleading advertisement and the ad has been updated in order to a clearer representation of what the plan is Ms [redacted] stated she was satisfied with our solution
