I would like to respond to Mr [redacted] s complaint about an object flying off of our tractor/trailer while we were traveling on I-As a business we take these types of calls/complaints very serious, a full investigation/inspection of the vehicle was done upon notification of the possible incident and it was found that there were no missing parts, pieces that could have come loose from the tractor/trailer while traveling on I-At that time the pictures, reports of the incident were forwarded to our insurance company for further reviewIt was determined since there were no missing parts/pieces from the units that the most likely cause was road debris and therefore not applicable
