I was charged for services I never received, and I never even authorized the charge. I tried to clear it up with the owner refused to issue a refund. I explained that I never authorized a payment, and the work was not done. he didn't care or wish to help and became aggressive and threatening.
I am responding to the complaint filed against my company for cleaning services rendered on 05/29/19. I am attaching pictures showing the cleaning and the basement area prior to cleaning. *** left her mother in law *** in charge of letting us in the home on because *** and her husband *** had moved away. *** was requesting additional services that were not on the service agreement. My team leader Litza M explained to *** that because these services were not included in the service agreement. We could not perform these additional services without approval from ***. *** requested additional services by calling our call center on 05/29/19 while my staff was in her home cleaning this call is recorded. I then called Litza M the team leader at Melissa's cleaning explaining to *** that we can perform the additional services for an additional fee. *** and *** both said to do these because *** and *** had .moved away. After cleaning the additional requested areas. *** smirked and said to Litza M my team leader.
"*** probably won't pay for these services. But, opps you already performed these services. Too Bad". After all of this ***-*** called me and emailed me complaining about the additional charge of $100.00. I explained the charges to her and the recording requesting, etc. I have attached the pictures and emails. After all of this on June 4th 2019 *** called and said the cleaning never happened. I have the recording. With that said. My company is honest and would never charge for services not performed. I have phone logs and recordings from ***-*** and her mother in low ***. The fact that *** called my call center saying that the cleaning on 05/29/19 never happened. Clearly shows the false statements and worthiness of this complaint. I am attaching screenshots of the emails back and forth from myself and the company. My mother in law in a senior citizen and although it makes for great theatrics and a great read, she never "smirked and said melissa isn't going to pay you for your services". I have no problem paying for the services provided, which is why I am NOT arguing the $147 charge for regular cleaning (which is supposed to include much more than they did, as stated on the contract. IE: furniture and sheets. there was no furniture in the house.) furthermore, any logically minded person knows that this fiction Mr. made up in his story, which is slanderous, would know that if anyone was told to clean a house and then told their services wouldn't be paid for, they wouldn't have cleaned it. Furthermore, ***, from Mr. company called me on the day of the clean and said my mother in law asked, since there was no furniture or linens, as per my contract, COULD they clean the basement, cat litter box, and walls of the basement? *** called me to let me know there was an extra charge of $40 for that. I said no, it was fine since my husband was going back to the house. You've Got Maids attached just pictures of my house. None of which are evidence that they cleaned the litter box, walls, or floors of basement. My husband cleaned the litter box, floors and walls of the basement after they left and he went back to the house. There were no cats to add the the litter box there because I had already moved out with the cats and left the litter boxes behind. Also, had the services actually been done, I still would have contacted Mr. because he charged my account $100, not $40 as I was told it would have been. I have gone as far as to cancel this credit card because I do not want Mr. to have access to my account anymore.Please note on the emails, the date in which I said I would have appreciated it if they actually performed the cleaning.Thank you
I am responding for the second time regarding *** complaint about services rendered on 05/29/19.
The fact of the matter is that *** continues to bring up her service agreement and the fact that we didn't change the sheets and furniture. On the back of the service agreement that I provided it clearly states that Extra work: Our maids are instructed to follow the work requirements listed on your custom work order. Please call or email.our office at least 48 hours in advance to schedule additional needs. This was never done Therefore, *** didn't follow the service agreement instructions. *** took it upon herself to assume that since there was no beds to change sheets or furniture in the home to clean. That we would substitute additional services. We don't substitute services without prior 48 hour approval like the service agreement says. As far as the additional charges for additional services. I received a call from my call center on a recorded line on 05/29/19 that *** was requesting additional services. II was made clear by my team leader Litza *** to ***'s mother in law *** who was overseeing the cleaning that an additional charge would be added for cleaning the basement which was saturated with cat litter and cat fecal matter.
My company is honest and would never charge for services not performed. I have phone logs and recordings from *** and her mother in law ***. *** simply didn't follow the instructions on the back of her service contract regarding extra work. I ask that the Revdex.com close this case as *** has no complaint since she didn't follow the service agreement extra work instructions.
