Complaint ID [redacted] / [redacted] Jaguar [redacted] Bethesda in a effort to satisfy [redacted] over his previous issues of both vehicle and treatment had him come in for another repair attempt [redacted] went on a evaluation drive with lead technician and the General ManagerWe found a issue with a antenna and fixed at no cost as did some extensive road testing for other concerns not demonstrated at the time.Most importantly we believe we have opened up a better line of communication with [redacted] and feel that we have done our best to remedy his issues up to this point.For any other questions or concerns please feel free to contact me.Jerry J***GM

Jerry the vice president himself has been extremely to my issues and concerns. He has personally gone on a test drive with me in attempt to identify the issues and make correction.
