I decided I was going to put in Central Air at home and began getting estimates After 4, I chose Tom Jean at Syracuse Energy Systems He sat with me and explained exactly how the unit will work and the work that would be done Tom made me feel confident with him and his business doing the work in my and the quality of the product I set up my appointment and his guys arrived exactly on time to start working They were very nice, courteous, educated me on what they were doing, they even pet my dogs haha By the end of the day I had central air and couldn't be happier!!!! I have given out Tom's business card and told many people about my experience because I would not hire anyone else! I also could not believe how affordable it was for me to have central air put into my home, it was a smart choice thanks to Syracuse Energy Systems!

Have been using this service for the past few years for furnace maintenance (have a high efficiency furnace). Since using them, have had no problems with the furnace "going out." Previous to them, used another company and had numerous problems.

We had used another vendor for almost two decades and were disappointed in the service and the employee attitudes. Since switching to Syracuse Energy Systems we have better products, better service and now deal with much friendlier and courteous personnel. They provided our new air conditioner and humidifier and keep all of it, including our furnace, in excellent condition.Whenever I call for service, the technician comes in a reasonable time and always resolves the issue. We are very pleased with their service

I've had this company service my a/c unit and heating system in the past and have enjoyed Great Service and professional conduct on behalf of office staff and technicians.
Recently, ( coldest day of this year ) furnace went out. I was placed first on there list and the tech had the furnace up and running within the hour. This furnace is a high efficency model that vents to the outside thru the wall. Intake pipe had ice in it and tech had to go outside in the bitter cold to fix the problem. I couldn't be more pleased with there service. The tech even spent time with me explaining what I could do to eliminate future problems.
