Synovus

My mortgage through Synovus has been a disaster since the day I applied. They lost paperwork, ask for the same thing multiple times, and "forgot" to have the final appraisal done on my house which almost prevented me from closing, despite me emailing my loan officer they day before to check and being reassured that everything was good to go. The latest is that you cannot view or pay your mortgage online. You have to go to the bank or mail in a check. It's 2020. Who still operates like this?

Synovus Mortgage has no way to conveniently pay the mortgage . I was told there is direct payment with a checking account but you cant do it ...this is my most important bill of the month I cant pay on the due date !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sure do hope they sell my mtg they suck !!!
