This vehicle was brought to my shop with an intermittent stall issue The customer wanted a diagnosis I checked the engine code and it was for an oxygen sensor, which come to find out, this part had been removed from the exhaust Some one had worked on this vehicle previous but this was not what was causing the stall problem Without much to go on, I turned to a program that I use called Identifix The top fix for this vehicle with this problem was an ignitiion switch The only way to rule this out was to replace it I drove it approximately miles with no problem Since this was an intermittent problem, I told the customer that if this didn't work that I would remove the new part & replace it with the original part & I would reimburse herThe customer called the next day (01-29-15) and spoke with the secretary The message was that this part hadn't fixed the problemI wasn't able to get back with the customer that day due to the faxt that I was at another business location with the customer that day due to the faxt that I was at another business location with a service repair technician from Harrell's Car Wash Systems(See attached work order) I did call the customer the next morning (01-30-15)The customer was unhappy, I reminded her that would take care of it like I had told her before but I was unable to reason with her
