Synergy Sports Massage

The agency announced it was closed without any warning to their customers. Many had purchased packages for classes and had a remaining balance. Instead of refunding the balances they stated they would be transferred to another local studio which we could choose. When attempting to use my class package at the chosen studio, the owner informed me this wouldn’t be possible - she had not agreed to let Synergy customers use their unused classes at her studio. She wished me luck in contacting Synergy’s owner ***, she has not answered any emails or calls since mid July. The website has been taken down (which is where the email address is tied to) along with the Facebook and other social media pages.
