There a number of inconsistences about SOW, and other policy documentation. After completing the necessary W2 form required for my state. I noticed no taxes were deducted from revenue I earned. I received e-mail notification from the company Arise Virtual Solution. Stating I could freely start acquiring hours via the Starmatic Time scheduling. Only later told to release the hours. I completed 8 hour interval hours on 1/11/2015. However, the Starmatic software doesn't have any history of the hours I completed. Nor, the Synergy Company owner. The Synergy Company owner was not well informed about discussed information.
There numbers occasions where I forwarded or either sent an e-mail. Informing the Synergy owner about Adobe connect information. Later, informed by the Synergy owner either I could go forward to an acquire actual hours. Later, being notified to remove those hours. The Synergy owner released me from the program. Siting the program was to challenging. Which I view as inaccurate. If the program was to challenging I would have been unable to pass courses. I would communicate with the Synergy owner about QA Research or incentive program. Only, to receive a reply asking me what program am I referring too. I would receive information from a Chat PF contradicting information from Arise Virtual Solutions as well from the Synergy owner.
My overall experience was beyond negative. I was optimistic about the Arise Virtual Solutions program even though I had read complaints via Revdex.com.org. Since I was unemployed. However, my experienced yield some similar issues. I received many e-mails. Later, notified the e-mail was invalid to my status.
