Synergy Oil

Review: A representative from the Synergy Oil LLC., contacted me in 2009 about investing with them. After aggressively soliciting me I became interested and made an investment of $20,000 with their company. A year later I made another investment of $30,000. I was told I was to be receiving a working interest income from my investment, but I only received tiny sums of money within the first year. I was in frequent contact with the man who called himself the president of the company, [redacted], listening-in to conference calls and so forth. He constantly told me things were going great and my income was going to be increasing. Suddenly, [redacted] was replaced as the President of the company and I could no longer get a hold of anyone at the office. When I finally got in touch with someone I was told the company would be investing in a new project and I would be informed of the involvement. Months later, the project fell through and I could no longer get a hold of anyone at the company.Desired Settlement: Full refund of my $50,000
