I am responding to Mr***'s complaintWhen Mr [redacted] ordered in October he forgot to tell us his address changed? from all the orders he placed in previous years and we forgot to double check that too,subsequently his order was shipped to the wrong address and was never returned to usWhen he was called again on May 7th he said he never received his last order and never said he was charged for it he did say he never bothered to call about it certainly leaving us with the assumption then that he wasn't chargedWe doubled check his address and payment information and discovered it was indeed shipped to the wrong oneWe resent the order to the correct address and he called back the next day on May 8th to tell us he was charged for it in October but because he was going through some difficult times with the loss of some loved ones he never bothered to call usWe told him we would issue him a credit for $and his order was shippedI did verify that the credit was successfully transacted on May 8thMr [redacted] also mentions that he left a voice message but no response.It was only a couple hours that passed from the time he left them until he was called backI am blind and if I am not nearby my phone and don't hear it ring I'm not able to notice any messages left without going into my voice mail and checking which I do several times a dayI am a very busy business owner and try to do as much as I can on my ownI have a very sophisticated software installed on my computer that reads to me so I am very able to operate onePlease email me to confirm you have received this response and I appreciate your help in keeping good customer service with business owners and customersThank you, [redacted] Yde - Owner
