In June 2018, I placed an order for my daughter's school uniform. When the school year began in August, the uniform had not been received so my child started the school year without it. I had to purchase generic articles of clothing a children's store in order to be compliant, which meant additional expenditures. Although the majority of the items have been received, I am still missing 5 school shirts (3 long sleeve and 2 short sleeve) and a pack of socks. It has been six months since the process began and the items have been paid in full. I have e-mailed and called and no response has been received nor has my merchandise. Another complaint I have is when the items of the uniform I actually have were received, the original order form with my complete credit card number, expiration date, and CVC code were include. As someone who works in the financial sector, I know this is a breach of security and puts me at risk for identity this. This matter was also brought to their attention,
Worked with Corey Uniform since my son’s school selected them as a vendor to provide the uniformI have been trying to reach Corey via their customer service email since Aug ***Back On June **, at the official uniform fitting, my son was fitted for uniform items, as well uniform shoesThe rep during the fitting measured his feet and stated that size is suitableI disagreed because my son has an overstep and the shoe width and material need to be assessed closelyI asked for size 13.5, and she stated that this size doesn’t exist; and that size one doesn’t existOn Aug **, I picked up the uniform and uniform shoes from my son’s new schoolThe shoes were very cheap quality (versus other stride rite shoes), and the size was not a fitThis shoe was a black leather shoe as assuredOn the day of the June ** fitting, no sample shoe was shownThe shoes I picked up were synthetic and a very hard plastic materialSo right away emailed the Corey Uniform, and asked for a refund sinc
