Mike was very friendly and certainly seemed to know his stuff. He showed me his diagnostic set-up
on the a/c unit and explained what it was showing on his phone. This old Luddite didn't understand
the half of it, but the effort was appreciated. When it came time to change out an old part, he showed me the contrast between the defunct and new parts. Thanks Mike and hope to see you next time for the furnace check-up!!

Tom was earlier than expected, so he called ahead. Spent two hours doing annual maintenance, cleaning, and testing of our boiler, in-floor radiant heat, and ac unit. He also took the time to explain what he did and answer our questions. In addition, he took precautions with gloves and mask as this is during the COVID pandemic as things are opening back up. We will continue our annual membership!
