I represent RanDee A*** and Synergy Health and Wellness ("Synergy")I understand this response is being sent later than the date requested in your letter of November 25, However, MsA*** previously sent a timely reply via email that has
apparently not been receivedAccordingly, I am following up with this responsePlease feel free to direct future communications tome.
Synergy's cancellation policy states that clients cancelling appointments without hour notice will be charged for their visitThis client signed a document acknowledging the policy(see attached) In addition, Synergy reminds its clients of upcoming appointments via email and textThese communications also explain the Synergy cancellation policySynergy sent this client those reminders.
This client cancelled appointments on September 15th, October 7th, and October 28thShe failed to provide hour notice when cancelling her October 28th appointmentAccordingly, Synergy billed this client for her appointment ($32.50)This client then went to Synergy's social media web page and left a negative review, stating she canceled the appointment because she was sic(see attached)
Now, in her Revdex.com complaint, this client states she canceled because her neck was soreThis is the first time this client mentioned an injury that she alleges was caused by SynergyThis client also claims her cancelled time slot was filled by another customerThis is untrueHer time slot remained unfilled.
The client is merely trying to avoid paying the $Her contradictions and misstatements of fact undermine her allegationsSince Synergy acted in accordance with its fully disclosed policies the claims are deniedHowever, Synergy is willing to waive the $fee in exchange for the settlement of all claims, the client's retraction of all disparaging statements and a promise not to disparage Synergy in the future.
