organization that uses its resources to find organizations/businesses professional help at no cost unless an organization hires a candidate that was sent to them by Synerfac.On Monday, August 22, 2016, Synerfac sent the submittal/resume of *** *** *** (Exhibit B) to *** *** at which time an interview was requested on August 30, (Exhibit C).On September 6, *** *** interviewed said candidateUpon completion of the interview hired *** to start the following day at *** * *** office, September 7th, for a short term temporary assignment (approx days).The decision to hire any candidate from Synerfac rests on our clients alone, in this case *** * *** * *** utilized *** for the time they needed, with no complaint during the assignment (Exhibit-D)*** *** also approved ***'s time worked (Exhibit-E) and the candidate was paid the same week for those hours worked.Synerfac does not guarantee hiring decisions and our clients are solely responsible providing direction for the work our candidates perform*** needed to be paid for the time she worked, and *** *** is suggesting otherwise because of poor oversight and management within her organizationNo matter how good or bad the work an employee performs, that person is owed compensation for their timeSynerfac does not guarantee another party's hiring decisions, financially or otherwise, because We do not control the workplace environmentI have included our signed agreement with *** * *** for your references (exhibit-F)Please do not hesitate to contact me if any further information is needed.Sincerely,Seth * U.Area Manager

So far the people at Synerfac have been great! I used an employment agency only once before and had a terrible experience with them and became determined never to use agencies ever again! However, I am happy and greatful I gave Synerfac a chance! Not only are they very professional, they treat you like a customer and they are like having a human resume. They have never kept me in limbo, they are always prompt and attentive to my needs and find very good companies with great wages. They also are great problem solvers!
