Hi, I am responding to the compliant filed by [redacted] regarding the bill for $20.68 This was for referred lab services processed by the facility. In the review of the account this is not in collections, we did mail out patient statements but the account has been on hold while the issue...
was researched for the missing check. I apologize for the run around it seems with the technical glitch of the faxed cleared check, in order for us to locate the payment we have to have that information. The check and payment has been located and we have applied it to the account and it is closed in full.Please let me know if you have any further questions or need any additional information. I again sincerely apologize for your frustration and length of time it took to resolve this issue. I will be following up directly with the team that handled this case.
