Review: on april **, 2014 I delvered 3 sweaters to Symphony cleaners. It was due back 4/**/2014. When sweaters were not delivered I called and they told me one sweater was
not ready, could I wait couple of days. I said of course. Long story short, they lost a $140. sweater, they asked if I could wait 2 weeks while they located it.
I did wait, no phone call--I had to call them. I have been customer for over 8 years. They made no attempt to settle or make some kind of arrangement with me.
This seems to be a on going problem with dry cleaners. I was told if I could find receipt (which whould be difficult) they would submitt to insurance and MAYBE in
6 or 7 months I would get a small settlement.Desired Settlement: Had they offered to credit my account with 50-70 dollars (I spend so much more then that per year) I would have accepted as a good faith act.
They lie and are arrogant.

Review: I put 2 coats into storage in April 2012. I informed the cleaners that I wouldn't pick them up until fall of 2013. They told me that would be fine. When I returned in the fall of 2013, the branch had closed. I called and was informed that all storage information was at the [redacted]. I have the receipts and pictures of the coats. The manager claims that they only have one of the coats in the computer even though I have both receipts. I haven't been able to get any answer as to where either of the coats was stored, nor has anyone returned my numerous calls. They have made no effort to find the coats, either. The [redacted]at [redacted] says that the manager from my branch that closed ([redacted]) has gone on vacation. He was supposed to return before Thanksgiving and is still not back. I have left many messages for the owner. He still hasn't called me.Desired Settlement: I want my coats back. Failing that, I expect to be compensated for their loss.
