company representatives cannot explain how SyMed came to be involved in my care. I have asked for a signed copy of the physician order for this device, which they cannot produce.  I acknowledge that they have stopped trying to collect funds from me, but they continue to bill my insurance company for a device that I never received.  I have talked to my surgeon's billing department, and IF I had received anything close to what SYMed representatives insist that I was given, it would have been billed from the surgery center or the surgeon.  According to the office, I should never have received a bill from SyMed.  The surgery center has acknowlged problems with apparently fraudulent billing from SyMed in he past, and is reviewing their paperwork.  Thiscontinues to to appear as a fraudulent charge.   I have filed a complaint with my insurance, and am in process of discussing this with the Attorney General's office in both Michigan and Illinois.   SyMed needs to drop this entirely and refund BCBS for me to consider this closed.  I would also like a copy f their paperwork regarding their participation (or lack thereof) in my care.
