Review: I brought an expensive suit jacket to this cleaner to be dry cleaned. When it was returned to me, there was a slight tear on the sleeve. I wasn't sure if I had done it or they had (although I now strongly believe the latter). Regardless, I brought it back to them and requested that they fix it and dry clean the suit. They agreed. I was literally shocked when I saw the finished product. The stitches were uneven, sloppy, and all over the place. I have pictures. It looked like the work of a four year old fooling around with a sewing machine. In addition, the jacket did not seem clean. Their work was so horrendous that I had to replace the suit jacketDesired Settlement: I would like them to refund me the amount I paid for their "repair" and I would like them to pay for the replacement jacket.
