what method he used to do soHe said he sent a text messageThis would have been a land line that he sent it to so I would not have received itHe also said he sent an emailI told him I would check my email and get back with himHe agreed to pay for one of the services that were showing due on his account.I checked my email and found no email from Mr***On the 21", received a forwarded email from the Weed Man Corporate office that was from Mr*** on July 15"It would appear that Mr*** only sent an email to corporate, which they did not forward to me until November 21”(I am not sure of the reason for this)That explains why his account was never cancelled in our system as we process these transactions promptly when done through the PROPER channels. Due to the fact it is not completely Mr***'s fault since he email corporate and they did not forward it to me in a timely manner, I am agreeable to write off the remaining two services that were applied to his lawn after JulyMr***'s balance is now $0.Thank You,*** ***
