new use for the community. It took 5 years and quite a bit of money. We have a contract that states that there are no refunds once a deposit or final payment is made protecting our business. We have this contract signed by the individuals who have made this complaint. We are sorry they had to change their date and wish them well. I realize it is a lot of money to them as it is to us also with starting a new business.

We understood that we might loss the deposit when we changed dates. However when we received a response that they would return our deposit if they booked the date, we believed that to be true and that they should honor their word. Both the husband and wife stated it would not be a problem to return our funds. Since they book that date there were two deposits for that one date. Also we canceled within a month of the initial booking and obviously they did not have a problem filling the date. If the deposit was not planned to be returned, then it should not be stated that it would be returned upon certain criteria being meet

I have tried and the website will not let me respond. Also we have spoke with our lawyer and with a signed contract with both parties stating that there are not refunds this should not even be a issue. Please let me know if you need that contract and if there is a problem with the site because it will now let me respond. Thanks for your help.
