Review: When business arrived, I asked what the cost would be and was told $100 to $125. Also one of the workers was asking about the sun blind and if it could go up higher and was told no. We were told we could leave and they would be done in an hour. When we returned, the bill was $201.04 with a 10% discount with a balance of $191.07 including tax. When we went to close the sun blind, it fell on me and injured my hand in two places. I did contact Syl's and spoke with the worker who quoted me the price and was told that his boss told him this was the price because it was a condo, not a rental (which it is). He said he was going to talk to his bosses. I did call back and tell them about the blind falling and hurting my hand and again was told he would talk to his bosses.

I did pay the bill under protest today along with a letter of complaint in writing to them. The letter would be the third communication with the company.Desired Settlement: I'm not even asking for repair charges to the sun blind, however they should have acknowledged they took it down and could not re-install it properly. Company should be clear about their prices ahead of time and if they quote a price, they should stand behind it.
