Sycamore Valley Apartments

First, the name has been changed to The Havens. Horrible place to live now. Previous property manager at least went around and knew most of the tenants. New one, no introduction. Everyone I have talked to didn't even know the name. I still don't. Staff are friendly at first, then become rude if you ask more than two questions. Lie after lie to keep tenants out of their hair. This place has been nicknamed the "Slums" of Fountain Valley. And it has become just that. Kids screaming and yelling, kicking soccer [redacted] in an area designated for bbq only. No adult supervision. [redacted] kicked into peoples balcony, Destroying grass, and lawn furniture. People loitering in the parking structure area, drinking beer, smoking marijuana, etc. Leaving trash, broken bottles etc. The property is run by Essex. They claim there is a patrol at night. Yet to see one.
