Sycamore Center Villas

To whom it may concern,   I’m responding to the above complaint ID concerning a Sycamore Center Villas resident ([redacted]). Maintenance responded to heater call on 01-13-2017 and after diagnosing the central heat not working properly, our maintenance guy went to  the shop to replace...

the part needed to repair the residents heater, but discovered that part was not available, so he ordered it that same day, but the rep informed him that the part would be delivered no later than Tuesday 01-17-2017. I personally spoke to Ms. [redacted] 1/13/17 around 5:28 PM, apologized for the inconvenience and offered her repayment of an electric heater if she needed to purchase one for the weekend coming up. The part came in on Tuesday 01-17-2017 and maintenance repaired her heater, the office reimbursed her for damages and again we apologized for the inconvenience that she and her daughter endured.   Thank you.
