We had them convert our tub area to a handicapped accessible walk/rollin shower that is beautiful and functional. I believe the price was very reasonable as well. No surprises!

More often than not contractors say one thing but do another. Not so with this business. From making sure to get a roof leak fixed before the next rain to saving us thousands of dollars for being honest and trustworthy. We were convinced we needed a new roof but after Samuel inspected our roof he told us there was no need. Just some minor issues and one small leak. We were surprised because normally a contractor would not pass by an opportunity to get a big project. Then we thought because it was a smaller project the priority and attitude would change. Didn't happen. We got the same great, friendly attention all the way through completion. If you are looking for a honest, reasonable priced contractor who does a fantastic job every step of the way then give SYC Premier Construction a try. I am sure you will not be disappointed.

Samuel and his crew are great they work on time, they had a really good communication with us they start with a small repair on our brick wall after el earth quake made some damaged, later they installed quartz countertops in our kitchen they always clean before and after I highly recommend them.

Samuel does quality work at a fair price. He has done two small projects for me and I am very satisfied with both. He used a subcontractor for one job and he was excellent also. I plan on using SYC Premier Construction for future projects.
