Sybex Studio

My husband and I hired *** with Sybex Studio as our videographer for our wedding on September 7, 2019. We signed a contract stating we would get an edited video to the background music of our choosing. We then decided to pay extra for the raw footage for a grand total of $1,603.86.
After 5 months of waiting and periodically sending *** an email or text to check on the progress of the video, he finally told my husband on January 25, 2020 that our video had been completed (with both the edited version along with raw footage) and mailed to us. It is now February 23, 2020 and we have not received our video. My husband also asked *** on January 25, after being notified that our video was in the mail, if we could be provided with a tracking number. That was never given to us. My husband and I both have made several attempts to contact *** regarding the whereabouts of our video via phone call, text, email and certified mail. We have received no response to our inquiries and my phone number actually ended up being blocked by *** after several phone call attempts.
