I am responding to let you know I did speak to them and have also given them a full refundWe never had a chance to work with the customer because they did not give information to us while they were here and the comment card and letter sent in the mail I still have not receivedI
explained that when our phones are busy they do transfer to sister locations and we do have locations that have attached Jacuzzi tubs and gas fireplacesI told them the next time they stay to personally call or email me so I can make sure to get them a room with a firm mattress and pre inspect all issues they had.I refunded them $today back on the original credit card they used
