This company installed my brand new water softener and it has not worked since they showed up to 'fix? it and moved a hose around and left took a check from me and won't come back I tried to drive to the business address posted online and that is a fake address. When I text the repairman and asked him for a business registration, license or certificate number he could not provide me that and said that he no longer wanted to speak with me and I needed to speak with his boss going forward. Every time I asked to speak to the boss before I was never given that information either.The service man told me that this business is ran out of a private home after I continued to probe I paid $400 and there is multiple issues with the install the inspector made them come and correct some of them but the water softener has been installed now for one month and never worked due to incorrect installation I do not think they are qualified or licensed
