Good afternoon, we received the above complaint in our mail today Even though we are not members of Revdex.com, we'd like to respond 1) The move in date was 7/9/not as stated in the complaint2) The military clause states that a lease terminates to the end of the month following the receipt of written orders3) These papers were received around July 20, terminating the lease in accordance with the military clause on 8/31/4) Tenant chose not to pay for last months rent nor for July utilities 5) Deposit settlement was sent to tenant within the days after move out 6) no payment has been received as tenant disputes August rent despite clear military clause 7) Currently, no further action is being taken as we await the response from JAG (Army Judge Advocate General), which tenant chose to involve Please let us know if you have any further questionsOtherwise we would expect this complaint to be rejected Sincerely, [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] [redacted]
