Review: In November 2013 I was approached by Swiss Eagle Marketing based on a sign inquiry with Signtronix that I had made online. I needed a two-sided digital sign to display items in my gift shop. After reviewing the product requirements of the sign with the sales representative I was instructed that a 12 mm sign would look great. However when the pricing was submitted it was beyond my projects budget therefore I decided against the sign. The representative then stated he could get me a 16 mm, which he stated would look just as good, from a show he had going on at a greatly discounted price. I elected to go this route after receiving assurances from him that the quality would be sufficient to showcase our product line. The sign was scheduled to be installed before Christmas 2013 based on the representatives statements. After numerous delays, which the representative blamed on everyone else when in fact the delays were caused by his incompetence in the procurement of the required permits and paperwork that he was suppose to secure, the sign was finally installed in June 2014. After viewing it for only one day we determined that what was promised, and paid for, looked nothing like what we were shown and received. You can not read the sign unless you are posting large block letters. The fine details that we needed are not visible thus making the sign useless. We complained to Swiss Eagle Marketing and after various reasons why the sign was unreadable we could not resolve the issue even thought Swiss Eagle Marketing stated thru their attorney that they wanted to resolve the issue to everyones satisfaction. I am therefore left with a sign that people constantly ask me What does your sign say .Desired Settlement: I require the existing sign be removed and a sign that you can read, as was promised, be installed in its place.
