I bought a mountain spike tent from there, and when I received it there was no centre pole I emailed the company and asked why the picture on their site clearly shows it free standing on its own, so where's my pole? They emailed me back and said they are aware there website is misleading and they are working on changing it but mountain spike tents don't come with polesNeedless to say I wasn't overly impressed with this response Simply owning up to it and basically saying, "ya we know we screwed ya, but we aren't going to offer anything to help make it right" doesn't exactly square things away in my brain because now I have to pay for shipping from Ohio to Western Canada for a whole separate package Had it been shipped with the original packaging shipping wouldn't have been any extra, but now it will costs hundreds of dollars more After returning their email and explaining this, they chose to just simply not respond They have their money, and they couldn't care less about me anymore I felt very mislead, and a strong sense of arrogance from there end Overall, I would say the tent is decent, although I haven't had a chance to try it out yet, but I would not buy from this company Any further dealings I have in wall tents will certainly be with a company who doesn't intentionally mislead their customers
