The customer sent a support email regarding resetting her password on the morning of 2/5. I was away from the office and could not immediately look into the issue. So I replied around noon of the same day that I would help with the issue as...
soon as I could. Apparently this wasn't a sufficient response, as I soon got an email about a case being opened here. Later that same day I manually reset her password and sent her the login info. Have not heard back. Attaching the email chain as proof.
The claims about requiring payment to print are incorrect. We have serviced over a million free customers. Attaching a screenshot of the 'Format Resume' step where the green highlighted PRINT button is clearly displayed. The customer never asked me about printing, only the password issue.
According to our records, this user's last activity was on 2016-02-08 13:23:25.197, so she has been able to log in and use the service since this complaint.

I still to this date have not been able to access my resume and my request for refund has not been answered.

If the customer had asked us for a refund, we would've promptly given it. Our policy to always give a refund with no questions asked. The only request made to us was for a password reset which was done that same day, as evidenced by the email trail sent earlier. We have now since granted her a full refund as well.
