I have checked into the emergency room at around 6:45pm On November * I was seen by a nurse nearly 8pmA quarter to I was sent to do a CT scanI've been waiting since and its now 1pmThey sent a nurse down and she jumped people and nobody came to us and said anythingThere is a lady here that's crying in pain and yet they still just have her waitingThe staff was all gathered around watching a basketball game instead of doing their workThis hospital is very inconsiderate and don't care about the patient needs

On 9/**/between the hours of 8:30-9:30pm, I visited Brookdale's Urgent CareOn 10/*/2018, I received my insurance carrier's ***/explanation of benefits demonstrating that Brookdale filed claim's for 9/**/charging for visits to of their facilities on this date: (1) Brookdale's Urgent Care and (2) Brookdale Medical Center Outpatient Clinic servicesBoth claims have duplicated services/charges, in which all services rendered to me on 9/**/were only at Brookdale's Urgent careOutpatient service is not a covered benefit under my insurance, and Urgent care is; urgent care being a covered service, Brookdale's urgent care would be payed as in network provider by *** and I would then pay my copayWith them incorrectly billing me and not revising the claim, to this date correctly, it's a fraudulent charge for servicesOn several attempts, I have tried to contact the billing department at Brookdale to resolve to no avail; I was treated rudely and transfered to the billing ma
