This is referring to Floss Dental an older company at our addressAs mentioned in the customer's statement he was presented an estimate of the treatment cost of which insurance would cover a portion of the procedureIn the case that insurance does not cover a portion of the treatment, the patient
is responsible for the balanceHe clearly mentions that his insurance will fail to be active at a date, which would stop payments for his service, hence moving the remainder of the balance to the patient from the insurance companyThis is a matter that should be brought up with the insurance company and not the provider. Additionally, the office manager has informed us that they have contacted the patient regarding the balance and setup an appropriate planThis has been settled between the two parties
