I have been using this carwash for about two years About a month ago I used a free coupon for the wash As I was sitting in the car I watched the brushes break off my car antennae I told the manager about it and he said he would order the part and fix it I stopped by about a week later and he told me that he could not get the part Sounds fishy but maybe Then he told me to come back on a specific day and time because he was sure he would have it by then Instead of showing up I called and accidentally got the owner on the phone I told him what was going on and he said he didn't know anything about it Then he transferred me to the manager Once again the manager used the excuse that he could not get the part but he would call me as soon as it came in Of course that hasn't happened after weeks I then went to a local car dealer to see if they could get the part and voila, of course the part is available Clearly I am getting the run around Time to head down to the
