These guys take too long to ship items.
It must be a kid working out of his moms garage.
They have some good shirt ideas, but are not equipped to keep up with low level demand.

Save your money.

This business should be shut down for stealing from people. Do not order from them! I do not even have the words to describe my feelings for or about Swing Juice or Jon M the owner or made up person that represents them.

I ordered three shirts July 31 and after not getting any shipping information I emailed and some John M responded stating that my order would ship the next day that was last Wednesday still has not shipped. I filed a complaint with my bank to get my money back this place is a freaking scam! Stay very far away from these people I have no idea how this is legal!!!!

I placed an order with swingjuice.com on 6/12/19. After finally receiving a shipment notification 2 weeks later, I noticed that my tracking # info did not change after several days. I then reached out to the company's customer service email, and was told to give it a couple days and follow up, which I did when the package still never moved beyond the label being created. At that point I asked for a refund, but was offered to have my order replaced and expedited, along with a free additional t-shirt for my trouble. I accepted this offer and asked for a the new tracking info on the replacement order. After a couple more weeks, now a full month since I had originally placed the order, I still had no new order confirmation, nor any new tracking info, so I then followed up with customer service to tell that at this point I would like a refund, as the whole process had taken over a month now and there had been no movement on my order. At this time I was told I would receive my refund. That was on 7/10/18, which is now over a week ago, and I still have no email verification of a refund for the referenced order, nor have I received a refund.

I order sandals and a t shirt 11 months ago. He sent out the t shirt but never sandals. Keeps sending me false tracking then says o I guess they never shipped. Been going on for 11 months! This is ridiculous. I just have over 100 emails back and forth

In December 2018 I purchased two items from this company via their website.
I received one of the two ordered items. There was note on the packing list stating that the other item was shipped separately.
I contacted their customer service via email in January and was told my item would ship soon.
I have exchanged 12 more emails with *** in customer service and have not received the merchandise, even though I was told the merchandise would ship.
This has been an open issue for the last four months.
I have requested and refund or the merchandise many times and neither have been given to me.

Jon M is a crook! Do not order from this website as SwingJuice is a scam. I ordered five t-shirts in 2018 and only received two of them. Emailed Jon and he said he would refund my money and asked if I still wanted the other t-shirts. He never did either and it is 2019! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CROOK!

I placed an order on April 1, 2018 on the company website and have still not received the product. After numerous e-mails with customer service, I was told each time that I would be provided with a tracking number for my order and have still not received any information on my order or tracking. I believe a general response is generated and sent back to customers. It has been almost one year since the order was placed. At this point, I want the product to be delivered or a refund to my credit card. This business is continually taking money from customers and not delivering their orders.

would give less than one star if possible.....ordered product on 1/18/2019 and as of today I have still not received my items....I had several email correspondence with Jon M (swingjuiceatgmail.com). He assured me that I would either receive my items, or a full refund by 2/17/2019...this was after several emails inquiring to the status of my order. Needless to say I have received neither the items of a refund, as of 2/19/2019. Jon did send me a tracking number, although the tracking number only shows that a label was printed, and the *** has still not received the package.....I am left to believe that I was scammed, and am disputing the charge with my Credit Card Company, as that is the only way I am going to receive relief...... and I am strongly warning others to NOT do business with this company.

I totally regret not researching this company before placing my order. I'm having the same issues that everyone else is having. This joke of a company has no problem collecting your money immediately but you never receive your product. I ordered 2 tee shirts in August 2018 and have never received them. I received an email in September 2018 with lame excuses advising they had "website upgrades had caused a delay in shipping." "But your original order will be shipping over the next several days and in addition we are including another SJ tee shirt Free of Charge for the trouble." I emailed again in October 2018 and received a response in November 2018 that "my order was complete" and received a USPS tracking number. When I track the package, it just shows that a shipping label has been created. As I type this, the USPS is still awaiting the items. I emailed again in December 2018...no response. I have also called the customer service number several times throughout this process and never received a return call.

Placed order for two items on November 23rd with assurance items shipped within 7-10 business days. On the 10th day, I had no additional information and my card was charged. There is no telephone contact information on the website. That same day, I received an email back from *** advising my order was slated to ship that day and that I would receive tracking information shortly. Four days later, I received an email with tracking information for both items and that my order was marked complete. I only received one item. I, again, emailed ***, and was told he would check on it and get back with me. I never heard back. Two days later I advised I would be calling my bank to advise of the fraud, would be filing a complaint, and reviewing on every possible platform. He responded by asking if I wanted a refund or the product. I advised the product. A week later and still nothing. I am not relying on a refund direct from this company.

I made a purchase online on 7/28/2019 and to date I have not revceived the merchandise or a refund. I have been contacting the company directly (via email and instagram) about the issue starting after 1 month of no updates on the product. I have contacted the company over 30 times in the last 3 months and they have been aware of this issue and not send the product or refunded my money. They have responded in total ambiguity but never to talk about getting me the product. They have only asked the order number and my name - commenting only once about an issue they might have had with shipping. I accepted the explaination over 3 months ago but now after 20 more emails and having to bother them daily I am not getting the product or even a refund. This by far has been the worst retail experience I have ever been a part of... This is horrible customer service, the worst. I have been asking for the product for 3 months and now I been just asking for my money back for a month. I get nothing from them about resolution.

I made an order on April 3rd 2018. Never received it. Got a confirmation email for the order and my credit card was charged but never received any tracking info.
I had emailed a bit with Jon, who said he was going to look into it and then he stopped responding to emails. Its now Nov 17th 2018, and I just got an email saying they've completed my order from April 3rd, but I still have not received any tracking info or anything else.

My order, ***, was never shipped to me. Purchase date was 9-23-18. I have contacted them by email twice with no response.

Scam. Horrible “business” and needs to be shut down immediately. Take time and read all the reviews, which I wish I would have before I ordered from this place. I ordered July 30, 2018 and Today is nov, 18...still nothing. Emails are automated and Jon the owner gives you the run around.
Do not buy!

This is a scam. They never actually send you the product. They just take your money and don't ever send anything.

Ordered two t-shirts from SwingJuice.com on 8/14/18 for a total of $50.00 including free delivery. The confirmation promised delivery within 7-10 business days. Today is now October 3rd and my order has not even been shipped out yet. Tracking info says its still sitting in their warehouse. I've tried to email the customer service but all I get back is an auto-response email from the owner of the company *** that blames the issue on some "website upgrades on their backend that has caused a delay in some customer order deliveries". This company seems to be a total scam. Please help avoid this happening to other people in the future.

Placed an order through "Swingjuice.com" July 24 2018. I am still waiting for the delivery of the T shirt I ordered, an order number was provided & delivery within 8 - 10 days was the suggested delivery time, on the order reference. Didn't receive any other communication for several weeks. .. I reached out to Swing juice customer service & got no response. After several emails I received a note from the owner *** "Hope all is well. Have you been sent tracking information? I’ll be back in touch shortly" I responded I hadn't received a tracking number. Didn't receive anymore information until Sept 13th from *** this is what they wrote.
"Hello,Hope all is well and Thank You for your order. Recently we have gone through a series of website upgrades on our backend that has caused a delay in some customer order deliveries, in short some orders were marked as shipped when in fact they hadn't. We have just discovered this particular issue and fixed it. I am truly sorry for the inconvenience this delay may have caused. Your original order will be shipping over the next several days and in addition we are including another SJ tee shirt Free of Charge for the trouble.
Again, we are So Thankful for your continued support and patience while we grow our brand. We have some New and Exciting Changes coming to SJ in the weeks and months ahead, Thanks again for coming along for the ride.
