This company took approximately months to get the product I ordered from them to us and when it arrived it was the wrong size When I called, the accounting person initially tried to tell me that I couldnt return the item because it had been more then day, I told her that it had been a week since we received the item and proceeded to tell her that the size was wrong Regardless, they charged us both shipping to us and the return shipping charges and a % restocking fee of $ That is outrageous, this company obviously does not care about customer service nor word of mouth
Our HOA ordered a new notice board from part of this company ( Displays4Sale order number ***) which was delivered on June ***, For a number of reasons (including bad weather - daily storms) the HOA was unable to obtain the services of a contractor to install the new notice board until early AugustThe box which was undamaged was left unopened in a secure locationOn opening the box prior to installation the contractor discovered that one of the sliding doors was cracked and needed replacingPhotographs were taken and the matter reported to the Community Association Manager who took it up with the supplier including providing photographsThis company blamed the delivery company and insisted that they cannot now make a claim given the length of time since deliveryHowever, they would not consider the fact that this was not necessarily damage caused by a fault in delivery but the HOA would argue down to very poor packing (non existant) by the manufacturer and the damage c

Revdex.com, To be clear, the size was correct, but the customer ordered incorrectly. Our lead times are not guaranteed, and stated as such on our website. This shipped in 14 business days, not the 10 we aim for...but certainly not 1.5 months (as it was ordered on 9/** and delivered on 10/** via FedEx...
# [redacted])This customer mis-ordered a Custom Built-to-Order Bulletin Board SwingFrame from our website. They thought they were ordering an overall frame size, not Interior Cork Board Size which is shown in the link below...[redacted]and also in the Size Chart in the link below (found on the same product page in the link above)...[redacted]Below are our terms for this product...showing our restock fee and return policy about shipping charges.[redacted]We would be more than happy to rebuild the unit, once we receive the product back, as long as the customer was willing to accept new outbound shipping charges. We are willing to absorb some of the costs, not all the costs. We also can have this shipped within a few days by placing our production crew on overtime to rectify this order issue. Our material costs and labor costs are expensive and rebuilding a new Display due to over-site from the customer, should not fall solely on the Manufacturer. Our goal is to make our customers happy...hopefully this can be resolved. All the best, Craig A[redacted]Owner
