After purchasing a SwingArm plant and bird feeder hanger, I was concerned by how quickly the black paint was removed by squirrels trying to climb the pole. As a matter of fact, the chipping happened within three days of being installed!! I contacted SwingArm using their email address and never heard back. They do not provide a phone number. That was over a year ago. I gave up on them standing by their product and decided to simply spray paint the pole to reduce the chances of it rusting.

This weekend, I went to refill the bird feeder and was surprised to find that the bracket used to hold the pole on the deck had snapped off on one side. Given that the bracket is specialized, I tried contacting SwingArm to see if I could order replacements. I used the provided email, and again, I have not heard a word. On their website, SwimgArm claims, "we build HEAVY DUTY hangers that last a lifetime and are built right here in America....If you need assistance with deciding which hanger is right for you feel free to e-mail us." Frankly, I am completely frustrated by this company's lack of customer service. Obviously, they don't bother to return emails. Today, after hearing nothing regarding the bracket, I went to the hardware store and bought an electrical conduit bracket to see if I can use it to reattach the now useless SwingArm. Too bad this company doesn't stand behind their product.
