Swimzee

Placed an order on 11/25/19 for 4 personalized swim caps. Payment was processed via credit card and paid. As of 3/21/20, I have not received the caps, nor a refund... and multiple communications have gone unanswered.

I placed an order on 4/1/19 and payment was drawn on my account immediately. As of 4/16/19 I have yet to hear any correspondence regarding shipment (5-7 days promised) despite 3 phone messages and emails. Similar to the other post, I waited prior to reaching out to them to check on status of the order; simple answer from the company would have furloughed the Revdex.com complaint and fraud complaint to the credit card company.

We have responded to the customer via email and informed them that we have refunded their money in full We have had an issue with one of our vendors and the timeframe for fulfilling orders on time As such, in addition to refunded the money in full, we will still be provided the suits
the customer ordered from us but will be giving them to the customer for free So the suits are taking longer than we initially expected, but we will be providing them to our customer completely free of charge Please let me know if the customer would like further information from us in the meantime.Thank youJeff

Complaint: [redacted]I received email from company, pending actual refund on the credit card I will accept the response; it is unfortunate that they didn't respond as my swimmers really wanted the swimsuits as they are unique etc.  Poor business ethics by not responding to voice mails or emails for over 1.5 months - I waited over 14 business days prior to reaching out to them to check on status of the order; simple answer from the company would have furloughed the Revdex.com complaint and fraud complaint to the credit card company.
