The worse customer service! The new manager deny's (lies) about things and the owner, who is her mother believes everything she says and doesn't care what the customer has to say or bring up. Mind you the manager is very young 19-20. The owner had finally said we would get a refund, she just needed my cc number, went to give it to her and then she came up with more excuses and no refund ever giver. She would always say "I will call you......" never happens, always had to call her and everytime it was another excuse. Excuses all the way. All in all, they have no concept of how to run a business or customer service.
