Swimsuit Specialists CT

I paid $220 for the package of swimming stuffs back in October 1, 2019 and they charged my credit card for the same amount of $220 on 10/2/2019. There are 2 items I never received and contacted them so many times by emails and phone. I emailed them on 12/11/19, 4/10/20 & 7/29/20. I also talked to the guy named Eric multi times and last time back on the beginning of July 2020 he said he will issue me the refund for those 2 items that he never give it to me. The 2 items are the TYR mesh trainer for $37 in size 26 and the Nike core solid swim brief size 28 and probably about $60. Altogether is $97 that they should refund me.
