To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in regards to [redacted] complaint about Canada Goose coatWhen we dry cleaned [redacted] coat the first time, the goose down feathers inside of his coat had stained the outside of his coat when it was being cleanedWe see this happen some times when the manufacturers do not wash the feathers properlyWe explained to him what happened so we dry cleaned it two more times and the stain was 90% goneHe seemed to be happy with the results and took the coat home but then we got these letters from Revdex.comWe have been in the business for over years and we always try to make sure our customer's are satisfiedWe also contacted Canada Goose Incdirectly explained to them the situationThey said that [redacted] should submit an Registered Identification number that should be on the tag or the receipt of his coatBecause there are so many Canada Goose counterfeits, they must get the Registered Identification number to look up whether if the coat is indeed authenticIf it is, he can send the coat directly to them and they can either get the stain out or send him a brand new oneThe number to Canada Goose is [redacted] Jon's cleaners should not be responsible for a manufacturer's errorWe have tried multiple times to get the stains outWe want to make it clear that we did not create the stainsThe stains came from the feathers that were inside of his coatIf he took the coat to a different dry cleaners, the same thing would have happened
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This response from the business is a blatant misrepresentation of the events that transpiredI have eye witnesses that will confirm that I made multiple trips and calls to the store to talk about the problems with the jacket and their lack of willingness to care or take any responsibility for their workI have even contacted Canada Goose about the encounter and they assured me there was no recall issues with this jacket, and most likely due to negligence during the cleaning processThe part that is most disgraceful about this whole situation is that the business never once offered a remedy to the situation, or to have a third party lab inspect the jacket to determine the cause for the stain or to stand by their techniqueI believe this is truly a matter of money, if this was a $shirt it would have been replaced weeks ago, and all parties would have accepted the outcomeBecause of this businesses lack in standards and responsibility in working together, and with all the leverage on their side, I am forced to use the Revdex.com and court systems as a form of arbitration to rectify this situation Regards, [redacted]
[redacted] came in seeking to remove the stain and I am actually in complete shock by receiving this complaint, because we removed the stain on the first try and he was extremely satisfied and even thanked us for removing the stain. For him to send in this complaint to have nearly a $800 jacket...
replaced for a $40 job that was done without any issues seems almost outrageous on our end. We did not say the stain could not be corrected, or else we would have told [redacted] when he brought in the jacket, that we would not be able to remove the stain or, if there is even a slight chance of not fully recovering from the stain we would say "we will try our best but can not guarantee". We cannot take this complaint into consideration because it seems unlawful and unfair for him to complain.
To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in regards to [redacted] complaint about Canada Goose coat. When we dry cleaned [redacted] coat the first time, the goose down feathers inside of his coat had stained the outside of his coat when it was being cleaned. We see this happen some times when the manufacturers do not wash the feathers properly. We explained to him what happened so we dry cleaned it two more times and the stain was 90% gone. He seemed to be happy with the results and took the coat home but then we got these letters from Revdex.com. We have been in the business for over 32 years and we always try to make sure our customer's are satisfied. We also contacted Canada Goose Inc. directly explained to them the situation. They said that [redacted] should submit an Registered Identification number that should be on the tag or the receipt of his coat. Because there are so many Canada Goose counterfeits, they must get the Registered Identification number to look up whether if the coat is indeed authentic. If it is, he can send the coat directly to them and they can either get the stain out or send him a brand new one. The number to Canada Goose is [redacted] Jon's cleaners should not be responsible for a manufacturer's error. We have tried multiple times to get the stains out. We want to make it clear that we did not create the stains. The stains came from the feathers that were inside of his coat. If he took the coat to a different dry cleaners, the same thing would have happened.

I am rejecting this response because: This response from the business is a blatant misrepresentation of the events that transpired. I have eye witnesses that will confirm that I made multiple trips and calls to the store to talk about the problems with the jacket and their lack of willingness to care or take any responsibility for their work. I have even contacted Canada Goose about the encounter and they assured me there was no recall issues with this jacket, and most likely due to negligence during the cleaning process. The part that is most disgraceful about this whole situation is that the business never once offered a remedy to the situation, or to have a third party lab inspect the jacket to determine the cause for the stain or to stand by their technique. I believe this is truly a matter of money, if this was a $20 shirt it would have been replaced weeks ago, and all parties would have accepted the outcome. Because of this businesses lack in standards and responsibility in working together, and with all the leverage on their side, I am forced to use the Revdex.com and court systems as a form of arbitration to rectify this situation.
