It was placed on June 11,2014 at 10:03:02 AM EDT. as of 7/14/2014 it hasn't been delivered and I have tried to get in touched with the company, to find out what is going on; but no return correspondence either by phone or Email.Desired SettlementIf they can ship my order now! Fine if not I must have a full refund.
Placed online order June 12th haven't received product or status of order. Telephone calls and email requests haven't been answered.On June 12th I placed an order online with Swimming Pool Outfitters for a 6' Salt Friendly diving board and stand SKU [redacted] My Master Card ACCOUNT # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX has been charged for the items [redacted] I have tried to contact the company by phone twice and by email twice to ascertain the status of my order #XXXXXXXXX. The calls and emails have been ignored.Desired SettlementIf Swimming Pool Outfitters does not ship the diving board and stand by 7/3/2014 I want a full refund credited to my Master card account. If they ship the diving board before 7/3/2014 I want to receive a valid tracking number for the shipment.
I ordered a pool pad from this company on April 12 and never received and cannot get a response or refundMy order was placed online April 3 and paid for by cc. I never received the tracking # for the shipment that the confirmation stated. I have tried contacting this company at least a dozen times now via phone & email. I have never received a call and have requested that someone calls. There was one time where I received an email saying I would have it by Apr 28. I still have not received the product or a tracking#. Again, I sent emails and tried leaving messages and still no response. The last email I sent and phone call, I requested a refund asap. I ended up ordering from a different seller because it was something I needed by today, May 2. I have never experienced such horrible service!! I want my money back!!!Desired SettlementI want a refund for my payment placed when ordering from this business.
