The ease of ordering online, overall quality of the suit, and speed of delivery were smooth. The suit did not fit, however, and I am still getting the run around after 4 rounds of emails. They keep asking me if I measured myself properly and I’d I matched the measurements up with their sizing chart. In addition, they have asked 2x if I would take a photo, to show them the unsatisfactory fit, which I have refused! The return policy and procedures are an absolute joke. Who knows if they’ll ever send the return info (they send it individually, by email!). I do not recommend this company. Extremely poor customer service.
