called John the day after to follow up on our refund check, because our last conversation in January 2016, he stated he would not send it out until the spa was delivered to *** When *** send me a photo of her final backyard setup on March 6, 2016, I again called John to inquire about our refund check, he stated, he saw it printed but it was not mailed out, but he would get it mailed out by the end of the week For the time being, I reject his response, because his history is to lie and mislead that he has taken action, but really has not If the check was mailed out March 29th, I should receive within 3-business days

We sent a Referal check out 3/29/16. I sent an email explaining that I was sorry for the delay.
