This company has taken money from my checking account and I didn't place an order with swiftysharp. I placed an order with another company and they will not let me cancel the order. This is a scam as far as I can tell.

The wheel on my swifty sharp, would not make contact with the knife blade in the outside slot. I called customer service, tried 2 remedy problem on phone to no avail. The tech said we will send another 2 me at no cost. ( I hope). Sounds like Swifty sharp stands up 2 their product. Thank You . DW
