Mr. [redacted] was contacted by the Swiftpage Support Team and they were able to work together to get his database issues resolved. We appreciate Mr. [redacted]s long term loyalty and are happy that his issues have been handled. Swiftpage now considers this complaint resolved and closed.
Swiftpage reached out to [redacted] through emails but we were unable to contact her due to the fact that she was out of the country. A tech support representative was able to schedule a call and worked to resolve the issue on 8/16/2016. Her credit card was never charged and will not be...

The answer submitted was false. I solved the issue myself without Swiftpage's help. I also wrote a detailed letter to the President and had it delivered federal express. No one from Swiftpage has responded. Anyway, I find continuing this discussion to be a complete waste of time, and therefore as stated below, I wish to close this case.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

they are working very hard to get what I want done. They did give me the new software now but I need to make sure I do not loose anything from Google Calendar!!!
