customer brought me a slip from another garage that was a body shop the also had a control arm replaced on that side due to damage, car had a new un painted nose on it looks to be in a major impactalso claims ABS not working is why it was repalced (on that car the abs is not part of the wheel bearing and also stated the bearing was not making any noise at all, so it was replaced due to them having to remove it to repair the abs when he came here I explained to him that the warranty was in house so that if he brought it to me to fix the issue I would cover my parts and labor, he understoodThen he preceded to bring it to somewhere else and want me to pay for it shop policy is all warranty parts and labor are honored here
