Swift Courier Logistics

I PURCHASED 2 ragdoll kittens from ***@gmail.com I paid $200 for them
The seller is located in VA, but the delivery agency “Swift courier Logisticts” called and emailed me saying everything checked out and that everything was fine, so he said the kittens were shipped
Then I get another email from the delivery company saying I needed to pay $950 for a air conditioned crate he agreed to let me pay my last $100 (I’m on SSDI) he excepted and I cash app him $100
They both took the cash app money I tried to request a refund and they BOTH DECLINED THE REFUND Then the company starts to ignore me I sent a text to the delivery agency person letting them know I figured out it was a scam then he calls me telling me the kittens shipped today 8/3/2020
(IT was was supposed to have been 8/2/2020)
NOW, the company disconnected their phone numbers so I’m reporting SWIFT COURIER LOGISTICTS
