and are subject to a $10 reissue fee for any reason including expiration date, which a new card has to be reissued to the cardholder. The $2.95 monthly maintenance fee is applicable after expiration as well for each month expired. The corporate incentive reward cards that Swift Prepaid Solutions issues, do fall within other guidelines and are able to have different expiration dates, unlike consumer funded gift cards, which do have a longer set expiration date. The original card (ending in [redacted] remains expired and unusable due to the expiration date encoded in the magnetic stripe on the back of the card. As an exception and a courtesy to the cardholder Mrs. K[redacted], we will be reissuing her card with no fees. The new card (ending in [redacted] should be received within the next 10 business days at the address provided in the Revdex.com information.
